When Cole’s parents walked into my South Jersey studio and saw the baseball newborn photos set up, I knew this session was going to be a home run. Mom and Dad were thrilled when they saw the setup I came up with earlier. I actually didn’t have any baseball props at the time of set up, and I wanted to use worn and used baseball equipment. So I reached out to my neighbors, who luckily had the perfect baseball glove. They also had baseballs stained with red dirt. Perfect for what I was trying to build!
Cole was the perfect model during his session. He slept soundly as I carefully positioned him with the baseball props, capturing every adorable angle. His tiny fingers grasped the miniature bat, and his little toes peeked out from beneath the baseball outfit. It was clear that baseball was in his blood, even at just a few days old.
As I clicked away with my camera, I couldn’t help but smile at the cuteness in front of me. Cole looked like a little baseball player in the making. I knew his family would cherish these photos for years to come. The love and joy his parents had for their newborn son was palpable in every shot, making my job that much more rewarding.
