Backyard Farm Wedding in Ocala Florida | Mary and Stephen Married | Ultimate Edge Photography

Stephen and I met back in middle school, so quite some time ago! We were good friends back in the day but lost touch when we had to go to different high schools. When Stephen reached out to me back in February, I was both shocked and thrilled that he and his then-fiance, Mary, were interested in me as their wedding photographer!

I only travel down to Florida a few times a year. I was born and raised in South Florida, as well as Jason, so we try to make it a point to visit our friends and family as much as we can. Jason and I chose to also get married down near our hometown near Stuart, Florida. We were actually down in Florida doing some wedding planning tasks when Stephen reached out to me about their wedding! It worked out perfectly to be able to meet up and see each other face to face and for me to meet Mary!

Obviously, Mary and Stephen ended up booking and I could not have been more honored to have been chosen to capture this special day for these two! In May, I was able to make it back down to Florida to capture their engagement session at Riverbend Park in Jupiter Florida the last time I visited. Stephen and Mary had a lot of help from their family and friends to pull their backyard farm wedding together and, as you can tell in the images below, they all did a phenomenal job! Everything from the arch under the gorgeous Florida oak with the Spanish moss for their ceremony to the string lights over their dance floor, all came together with such beauty and romance!
