iL Tulipano Wedding | Maggie and Ryan Vow Renewal | Ultimate Edge Photography

I had the honor of capturing Maggie and Ryan’s minimony last year during the pandemic at the Olde Mill Inn. You can click HERE to view their minimony blog post! When Maggie originally booked me last year for their minimony, they already had a photographer booked for their postponement wedding date. But due to an unforeseen circumstance, Maggie reached out to me about a month or so before her vow renewal to see if I was available for their postponement date.

It just so happened that I never booked anything that weekend but we were actually planning a 2-week vacation to Niagra Falls before baby Maverick arrives. Maggie asked me if there was any chance I was available for their postponement date and I knew I was going to have to give my husband the news that the trip was going to need to be postponed. I just couldn’t go on a vacation knowing that Maggie and Ryan would not be absolutely 100% happy on their wedding day.

My husband knows that I will do anything for my couples and that he also has no say when it comes to situations like this! So we ended up postponing our vacation to Nigra Falls until next year and decided to do a mini-vacation to Massachusetts for 3 days instead. My husband and I are both business owners and this year for us has been an absolute rush with back-to-back jobs so we are both in dire need of a vacation away. However, we both hate taking a vacation when we know that there is still work to be done so we never fully can relax. Oh, the struggles of being self-employed!

I am just so honored that I had the opportunity to capture Maggie and Ryan’s big wedding day celebration! It was so nice seeing these two again and I can only hope to continue to capture their lives milestones together!
