First of all, any wedding at The Legacy at Woodcrest is one for the books! Megan and Richard are one of my favorite couples that I came across this year, and it’s not even an exaggeration. They’re the sweetest! From covering their engagement to shooting their wedding at The Legacy Club at Woodcrest, it never felt as if I was shooting wedding photos for my clients but instead for dear friends! It is such a breath of fresh air when I get clients who feel like family. Megan and Richard have forever leave a memory because of their loving and kind nature.
Furthermore, It All Started From The Simply Elegant Engagement
What’s more important is where it all began, with Megan and Richards’s engagement session! It all started when we first met at the start of their engagement photoshoot. Seeing how they wanted to keep everything minimal instead of making grand gestures like everyone else was pleasing. And, of course, we had a special guest, too, the cutest dog I’ve met in a while. Trust me, it is worth taking a peek at their engagement session at Riverbend Park in Deptford!
A Postponement in 2022?!
Megan and Richard were set to get married back in June of this year, but they had to postpone the wedding as the birth of their son was falling just one month after their original wedding date. To cut a long story short, they tied the knot on September 16, 2022, and what a dream the event was!
However, They Finally Made It Through – Legacy Club at Woodcrest Photos with Blush And Gold
Besides the hiccup of having to postpone, Megan and Richards’s wedding at The Legacy Club at Woodcrest in Cherry Hill was adorned with blush and golden hues all over. Yes, you guessed it right, that was the theme. Everything was a combo of blush and gold, from the flowers to the bridesmaids’ dress. It looked mesmerizing, to say the least! I will forever swoon over their wedding details.
Megan and Richard were not affected by the mainstream media’s wedding photos. We decided to do a subtle shoot outdoors with mother nature. Minimal, yet aesthetic, that is the new trend, I guess? Megan was worried that the mommy’s body wouldn’t let her feel her dress the way she wanted but see the wedding photos; what do you think? Isn’t she slaying her wedding look?

Again, it is all in the minor details, right? Megan had a magnificent mermaid gown, and it is hard even to begin to describe the intricate patterns. And even though Richard is a handsome guy, their wedding guest turned around to look at him as the heartfelt smile he had on his face and the love he had for Megan in his eyes. Of course, the wedding would have been incomplete without a bang, right? So, when the bride, groom, family, and friends took over the dance stage for the after-party, one can only imagine how the night became unforgettable.
